We are a capacity building and agrarian development company which aims to achieve an efficient market environment which yields creation of jobs, increased productivity, optimal land utilization, poverty alleviation and competent producers who participate actively in a free market for economic benefit. The company is equipped with highly experienced agricultural economists, horticultural specialists, land reform experts, and rural development specialists. We assist the government of South Africa to achieve its developmental goal by using both demand and supply side interventions that are well researched. We enhance the capacity of government in delivery sustainable land reform projects and thereby building capacity of beneficiaries and also by directly providing support in the form of planning during the initial stage of the project. The expertise of our company provides a platform to focus on socio-economic development which targets increased participation of beneficiaries within the mainstream channels of the economy. We intend to operate in all provinces of the country in the medium term and also provide advice and support to SADC region in the long term. We strive to build the capacity of communities to create sustainable livelihood. We further facilitate the creation of network and partnership between communities, emerging farmers, public and private. We have recently done a lot of projects worthy over R50 million. In the processes weve managed to train over 3000 individuals through our training programmes and services. To become leaders in economic and agrarian development spheres by providing tailor made services that are cognizant of both demand and supply side interventions. Establish a working relationship with existing training providers for effective completion of training in-progress. Ensure that training takes place according to DHET programme and approval. Ensure that practical training takes place by finding placement for all learners as part of the training programme.
